“Réveillon de Noël”

Sunday 25th July, 5 courses $110pp

Enjoy a Christmas in July feast
with family and friends and enjoy the warmth of our open fire

 

Lightly smoked ocean trout, tarragon, sour cream, champagne jellies and herring roe

Terrine of goose, muscatel and caper puree, shaved chestnuts and nasturtium

Slow cooked Berkshire pork belly, parsnip, pear walnuts and frisee

Roasted fillet of beef, marrow bones, mushroom baked potatoes, salad of thinly sliced tongue, parsley and shallot (served on a platter for two people)

“Bûche de Noël” An interpretation with spiced brandy ice cream
